There’s an important update regarding tenancies at YourTRIBE Peckham and YourTRIBE South Bermondsey.
YourTRIBE are no longer working with Studenco, and residents now need to manage their tenancies directly with YourTRIBE. We understand that changes can be a bit confusing, our team is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
YourTRIBE are building owners and will be honouring all Studenco’s contracts – keeping students safe and happy is our priority. All contracts will keep the same rental rate and tenancy duration you originally agreed to. We’re committed to honouring all existing terms so you can continue enjoying your home.

Only students who booked to stay at YourTRIBE through Studenco or through an Studenco advertised room via one of their affiliated agents are affected by this change. If you didn’t book via Studenco, or one of their agents, then no changes are needed.

Your landlord will be YourTRIBE directly! You can reach out to us anytime you need assistance.

Please send a copy of your contract and we’ll create a new tenancy agreement directly with us, we will honour the rental rate and term agreed.

Please make all future payments directly to YourTRIBE using the bank details provided with your new contract.

If you receive any payment requests from Studenco, please ignore them. Just reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
